Bought a camper from a used CAR dealer. Wanted to have it inspected and winterized. Braun’s agreed with only a business day’s notice. And they were wonderful!! Mark went through the entire camper, inspected it, made a few repairs and showed my boyfriend everything he needed to know. Not even their brand and they were wonderful to us. We had our vehicle and pop up loaded and ready for a camping trip out of state. Only to discover that we had an issue with our vehicle wiring. We called up Brauns and they asked how fast could we get there? We arrived, they fixed the issue and we were on our way. No waiting! We purchased our first travel trailer and the customer service was OUTSTANDING. Austin and Matt Braun provided all of the advice, direction and help that they could have in a professional yet excited manner as we debated on which options and colors to purchase on our new Winnebago. We went to several rv dealers and looked at different option that would fit our budget and our needs. Every other place we went to we felt pressured.
